Scouts has gone through a lot of change in the past 12 months some volunteers will adapt to this more easily than others. Groups, districts and regions will continue to change from recruiting new volunteers, creating new sections or undertaking new learning opportunities. This session helps group, district and regional lead volunteers develop skills to manage and implement change whilst understanding how it affects individuals.
How following processes may help to prevent complaints escalating. A must for all group, district and regional lead volunteers.
